Our innovative kitchen chefs are constantly creating new culinary delights to spoil our guests with, whether it be Mediterranean, South Tyrol, regional specialties, hearty meals or light cuisine. The secret to their success: they use fresh ingredients, meat and produce from the region to ensure the best quality possible. We even spoil extra health-conscious guests with a variety of delicious low-calorie, vitality and diet menus based on our "ADLER Balance" health and fitness plan.

with our tempting breakfast buffet with fresh fruit juices, plenty of vitamins and specialities for a great start of every new day.Vitality for lunch
with tasty starters, crispy salads, warm and cold first courses, and grilled fish or meat - at an extra charge of € 17 per person.And in between
there are home-made cakes, South Tyrolen specialities and healthy snacks form the buffet.Culinary delights in the evening
are available with our varied 4 or 5 course á la carte gourmet dinner. And every day there is a rich salad, cheese and dessert buffet.

Light and organic cuisine for extra energy with a varied choice of tasty dishes based mainly on fresh seasonal products from the region and prepared in accordancewith the principles of healthy nutrition. Specific programme-based diet meals for our health programs under medical supervision (F.X. Mayr detox cure, Overweight, Ayurveda).
