Flat rate per person in Euros, including ADLER's special half board (ADLER culinary highlights, Aguana Water World, ADLER FIT, sports and leisure programme, underground car park and other ADLER inclusive services). Extra for lunch buffet: € 17 per day.

Short stays are not availabel during the Italian Ferragosto holiday (mid August) or at Halloween

3 days from Thursday to Sunday including the ADLER "all inclusive" services.

Other days of arrival and departur on request.

General reductions for children Winter 2012/13 (December-April)

Superior room: children up to the age of 2 € 27 per day, aged 2-6 50% reduction, 6 and above 30% reduction
Family Suite: children up to the age of 2 € 41 per day, aged 2-6 30% reduction, 6 and above 15%

General hotel information

Check-in/out: On the day of arrival, your room and the hotel services will be available from 3 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room and facilities within 11 a.m.

Pets: Are not allowed on our premises. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking confirmation: The reservation is confirmed an guaranteed, as soon as you hand us out a valid credit card number with its expiraton date.

ADLER SPA: We encourage guests to book wellness treatments an medical therapies in advance. You may download our spa folder.

Accepted payment methods: Cash and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard) or Bancomat. We do not accept Diners.

Cancellation policy: Applied penality charges (percentage applied to the amount fo your reservation):

up to 20 days prior to arrival	0%
from 19 to 3 days prior to arrival	50%
from 2 days prior to arrival or no show	100%

ADLER Travel Safeguard Service: In order to avoid cancellation fees due to illness or other justified reasons, we recommend that you subscribe to the ADLER Travel Safeguard Service. The cost of the insurance is € 7 per night and room.
