The best vacation EVER
My husband and our two daughters had a superb week at the hotel. It was the best family vacation we have EVER had together! This was because not only the skiing and scenery were fantastic, the hotel was wonderfully designed and very clean, the service was excellent all the way around, the spa was beyond our comprehension, and the staff of both the medical and normal spas were wonderfully helpful, but also because we really enjoyed our beautiful rooms.
My husband and I have stayed in a number of beautiful hotels in our time. (He was a hotel administrator of 5 star hotels in Switzerland in his past.) He told me that we were in for a treat coming to the Adler but I honestly didn't expect the "breadth" of that treat! I want to add, even though this may sound exaggerated but I really mean it, that during our time there I noticed things that really SHOWED there was kindness and care behind the choice of having them!
The 3 o'clock after-ski teas/snacks and all that was offered, were fantastic! The staff were just the best, even the therapists in the spa and DOCTORS in the medical spa were top class!!!
The ceilings and décor of the wood paneled bedrooms were done in "simple elegance." (I wished I could take the whole room home!!!) The cleanliness of every room was wonderful! The design of the amazing spa was definitely a highlight, too! We loved to swim outside in the saltwater pool outside at night!
